Keyword Elite 2.0 launched and I was able to get in and grab myself a copy of this keyword tool. The second OTO is just a lite version of the previous package which you can pick up for $47.

Once you make it all the way through, you will get a couple of nice bonuses. The first is a free membership to My Article Network which is a well known article distribution network. I am already a member, and it normally runs for $47 a month. If this is a free lifetime membership (which I am unclear on from the description), then that is some great value. Update: It’s just a 14 Day Free Trial. Using an article network like this can really help you build up lots of backlinks for your sites. The second bonus is free access to a product called Buyer Keywords. I didn’t spend too much time looking into it, but it is a product that is supposed to launch in a couple of days.

I have only spent about an hour or so playing around with my copy of Keyword Elite 2.0. The best feature so far is the Adwords Time Machine feature. It seems to work pretty well. Sixth: Takes lots of fluid.  Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed.  Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success.  Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.
