Symmetry success

It’s a good idea to consider symmetry to be fundamental to any design. Make sure you have a focal point in which to achieve harmony and balance within your kitchen. If you’ve got a small kitchen, keep the details simple and uncluttered, as this will make your kitchen look bigger.

Break the monotony

Choose cabinets you want to look at for quite a number of years. Durability and low maintenance have to be the key to your choice of kitchen cabinets. Use different materials for your kitchen cabinets to break the monotony of your kitchen.

If you choose to use stainless steel for any of your surfaces (worktop, cabinets or backsplash), make sure you combine it with a warmer material. Beware of a clinical look. Just as for your kitchen cabinets, combine different worktop materials to break monotony.

Make it sparkle

Inject a little glamour into your interiors wherever you can. Create features with decorative tiles or artistic objects and leave the rest of the areas relatively plain and clear. For example, try using a large gilt mirror over a basin as an alternative to a plain a mirror.

Lighting flexibility

General lighting is great for functional activities, but having an atmospheric scheme can transform a kitchen into an ambient eating and entertaining area. Ensure your light fixtures have adjustable settings for different moods, and that you have good task lighting where you need it. Install track light above your worktop, so that you’ll always have enough light to work with.

Make sure paint is made for your kitchen, as it has to be resistant against silicone grease and heat. Fresh and bright colors lighten up your kitchen. This is especially helpful when your kitchen lacks natural daylight.

Contain the clutter

Understand what storage you may need before you plan and design your room. Allow enough for additional and future requirements too –you always need more than you think you will! Accumulation of bottles and containers can quickly create unnecessary clutter and detract from your scheme.

Embrace the entertainment age

Another great tip is to consider what media requirements you are looking for in the kitchen. There are so many products and companies able to accommodate your wishes, be it watching TV while you eat, cooking to your favorite music or ordering your next grocery shop from the fridge!

DESCRIPTION FOR BMW E46:
r
rInstall an XM Satellite Radio system in BMW E46. XM Satellite Radio is a U.S.-based nationwide radio service providing over 100 channels of music, news, entertainment, and sports. Since the service is delivered by two geostationary satellites in orbit, the digital quality sound can be received almost anywhere in the country.
r
rRADIO INSTALLATION PROCESS:
rPARTS NEEDED
r1 – Pioneer XM Receiver/FM Modulator.
r
r1 – Terk XM Antenna.
r
r1 – European Antenna Adapter – Male.
r
r1 – European Antenna Adapter – Female.
r
rTOOLS NEEDED:
r10 & 13mm sockets
rRatchet Wrench
rFlat Head Screwdriver
rPhillips Head Screwdriver
rElectrical Tape
rCoat Hanger or similar object
rElectric Drill
r1/8" Drill Bit for Metal
rDremel Tool (optional)
rSandpaper (optional)
r
rINSTALLALING RADIO STEPS IN BMW E46:
rIf you have the NAV system, disassembly of the dashboard will be a bit different.
r1. First, as always, disconnect the negative battery cable in the trunk with a 10mm socket
r2. Remove the back seat. Take both cushions out and put them someplace where they won’t be damaged
r3. Let’s mount the antenna in the center of the rear Castle Rock Deck Builder; there is a tie-down for children’s safety seats.
r4. The antenna fits perfectly still has a great view of the sky through the back window glass.
r5. Feed the wires through the driver’s side of the rear seat panel; there is a large bundle of wires going through the bulkhead.
r6. Using a undone coat hanger, tape the antenna, control unit, and switching unit wires to one end of the object. Make sure you tape the correct cable ends that will attach to the XM-receiver hide-away tuner unit.
r7. Open the trunk, pop out the two Carpet Denverrivets on the driver’s side and pull the Carpet Denvering away from the trunk wall. You can now use the hangar to feed the cables into the trunk area . Pull enough cable through to reach the location where you plan to mount the hide-away tuner unit. Chose to mount my receiver up underneath the rear Castle Rock Deck Builder between my HK subwoofers.
r8. Once you know how much wire you need in the trunk, the rest will be used for the antenna leads. Pulled the antenna wire slack into the trunk and zip-tied it into a coil. .
r9. Take the control and antenna switching unit cables and run them under the driver’s side door sills and trim to the front of the car. You do not need to remove the trim pieces to do this, just tuck the wires under the edge.
r10. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the 3 screws holding the driver’s side footwell cover. There is also one pop-rivet on the center console and two clips under the steering column .As you are removing it, unplug the chime, lamp, and the ODB-II connector.
r11. Run the wires behind the dead pedal and up into the dashboard. I chose to loop them around a piece of the existing wiring harness to keep the XM wires from dangling or interfering with pedal operation.
r12. Remove the shifter boot from the center console by pressing it in from the sides. You do not need to remove the boot or shift knob, just lift it up off the trim.
r13. Remove the two screws under the boot and pull up on the center console trim .You will need to disconnect the two electrical harness connectors from the window switches. Put the trim aside.
r14. Open the oddments compartment .Reach in and apply pressure to the roof of the compartment while pulling out. It will just pop out. This

Hello,

We were forwarded this message this morning and it touched us so much we knew we had to share it with you.

His name is John Care. He is a 45 year old native of Kalamazoo Michigan. He was born and raised in Michigan and lived the blue collar lifestyle his entire life. He has three beautiful little girls, and his youngest Katie was in her very first year of school. This is his story….

“I have never been a wealthy man. My life has never been plentiful of material goods and treasures. However, I have always worked extremely hard, waking up at 4:30am six days a week to work long gruelling hours in the plant on Riverview Dr.

My daughters never went without, and my wife Sarah never went a day without knowing she was the love of my life.

This all changed in the month of September. My boss of 18 years pulled me into his office with the signs of stress running down his forehead. As the door shut behind me I knew my time was up.

“John, I am sorry my friend…”

I gave him a nod and left the building for the last time.

I will never forget the drive home that afternoon. It was 1:36 pm and I usually did not walk through my front door until 3:15. Sarah must have been able to see the despair on my face because she immediately put her arms around me and told me “Everything will be okay, John.”

Everything would be okay, I told myself again. I was determined to find work and support my family. Sarah was working part-time answering phones at a local dentist office and asked for more hours until I could get a job. We had a little bit of savings to keep us afloat for a couple of months.

I scoured the classified ads morning after morning. I called every last friend in my address book asking if they knew of anywhere that was hiring. Everyone always wished they could help, but couldn’t.

Where were all the jobs?

Even though I felt alone, I knew that I wasn’t. 31,000,000 people were jobless just like me, with families to feed, houses to keep, and winter hydro bills soon to come.

I knew with this amount of people unemployed and the state of the economy right now, I would have to do something a little bit different. Finding a job wasn’t going to happen.

It was an email titled…

“Lost Your Job? There are no Jobs… What’s the Answer? – The Internet”

I had used the internet of course. I knew how to check emails, send emails, my wife had even got me set up on Facebook. I could Google things here and there. But could I make an income from it?

I decided to open the email and research this.

It spoke about building your Financial Freedom and the growth of the Home Based Business industry online. With 31 Million jobless, there were thousands upon thousands joining every week. The Internet was connecting billions all over the globe and suddenly a light went off in my head and I believed this was the solution I had been waiting for.

I acted on impulse most likely driven by my need to get some kind of income coming in. I purchased my starter kit at $250.00 and was excited to start building my business.

That excitement didn’t seem to last long. Sarah’s face looked tired as I sat her at the kitchen table. I tried to explain the email to her, and how people were making great incomes with their home based businesses. I told her eventually she could quit her job too and how wonderful it would be for us both to be home together with the girls.

“Give your head a shake John. The Internet?!”

This was not the reaction I had expected.

“You need to get a real job. Our money is almost gone, our phone bill is due, and you just spent $250.00 on a SCAM.”
